Day 1
Air port to Colombo
(Overnight stay at Colombo)
At the airport you will be greeted by your chauffeur guide who will take you into the capital city of Colombo. Once at the comforts of your hotel, relax and recover from any jet lag.


Day 2
Colombo to Bundala National Park (Overnight stay at Bundala)
After breakfast explore the Bundala National Park

Bundala harbors 197 species of Birds, the highlight being the Greater Flamingo, which migrate in large flocks.Bundala was designated a wildlife sanctuary in 1969 and redesignated to a national park on 4 January 1993. In 1991 Bundala became the first wetland to be declared as a Ramsar site in Sri Lanka. In 2005 the national park was designated as a biosphere reserve by UNESCO, the fourth biosphere reserve in Sri Lanka.

Day 3
Bundala National Park to Yala National Park (Overnight stay at Yala)

Yala National Park is one of the largest national park in Sri Lanka, where you can watch closely Leopard, Elephants and unique varieties of Birds. At Ajith Safari we do arrange Tours to watch birds, flamingoes, leopards and pretty much anything to do with wild animals, during the tours we also visit Udawalawa Park, which is also becoming a famous attraction for Safari Tours in Sri Lanka with many wild animals.

Day 4
Yala to Mirissa (Overnight stay at Mirissa)
After breakfast proceed to Mirissa.

Mirissa is an ideal destination for those who wish to catch a rare glimpse of those beautiful and gentle giants of the Cetacean Order. Situated at the southern coast of Sri Lanka from beyond Mirissa coast lies the Indian Ocean its vast majesty right upto the Antartic land mass. It comes as no surprise that these amazing marine mammals migrate through the vast and fertile stretch from December to April during the annual breeding season. Mirissa itself is a quiet and peaceful coastal town boasting unspoiled beaches. Setting off from Mirissa there is upto 90% opportunity to come across Sperm whales and good pretty chance of sighting the Blue whale as well. There are believed to be around 26 different species of whales traversing this region and this includes the well loved dolphin.
 

Day 5
Mirissa to Colombo (Overnight stay at Colombo)
After breakfast we will make our way to Colombo. In the evening  you can relaxing in the hotel and taking advantage of its inhouse facilities and ayurvadic spa treatments as well as Colombo city and shopping tour.


Day 6
Colombo to Air Port

As all good things must come to an end, your chauffeur guide with comfortable take you back to the Colombo International airport for a safe return journey with happy Sri Lankan memories
